I've been looking everywhere but I cannot find the option to have a foating timecode window. It is not showing up in my tools drop down menu. Am I missing something or are others having this problem?

Just installed 2019.6. Install went well, however, I can only change workspaces by going to File-Settings-User-Workspace view. Going to Windows-Workspaces and clicking on a different view has no effect unless I chose the Edit workspace. Transition to Edit workspace also the only one that works from side...
