    I have Nikon's and they create H.264 encoded MOV files which are compressed at a bitrate of 24 or 25 Megabits. It would seem to me that importing at DNxHD 36 would be a high enough resolution to import these files into AVID since its 10 or 11 mbps higher than than the source material. I'm hoping...

    I have two questions regarding the DNxHD codec. I have a sequence that contains both DNxHD 36 and DNxHD 115 materal. When I export this same as source what DNxHD codec is the quicktime? I have opened it in Quicktime as it only says DNxHD and I also importing it back in to Avid using AMA and it again...
