Hi, is there an easy way to contact support? I have an ongoing issue where I can't seem to purchase a new license (support are dealing with it, very slowly) but I have been given a temp license in the meantime which has now run out. Lost hours of my day trying to rectify this issue

I've upgraded to 2023.12 and I can drag and drop movs into a bin same as with 2018, except Avid is doing a transcode in the background which so far, to be fair, is pretty non intrusive to my workflow Thank you all for you responses

In 2023.8.2 I can't do a fast import of clips ie drag movs from the nexis straight into a bin, i have to go via source browser. I've also spoken to other editors using this version who also have the same issue...

Actually just seen that I import though source browser, but still is this the only way to import with 2023.8?

Hi community, Slowly moving over to Avid Ultimate from 2018... am I right that I can't just drag and drop .movs from the nexis straight into a bin and now have to go through srouce browser to either import or link to then transcode? Also I tend to create assets in After Effects with an alpha for comping in Avid, what is the process of bringing movs
