Thank you for the link Randall but, as clearly stated by Edit2007, he already knows about Automatic Duck. I know about it too, and most probably any Avid user trying to avoid having to cut on FCP knows about it too. The question is: "What's the best way to get a FCP Project migrated to Avid *whitout* having to buy yet another expensive tool

  • Re: Avid Software I/O

Thank you very much for your reply, I'll try to be clearer: [quote user="Kenton.VanNatten"]What "media" exactly? QT's have long been a proven export option for finished comp's in After Effects. Are you able to copy to clipboard without

  • C for copy (withouth command/ctrl key)

Hello, is there a way to perform copy simply by pressing C (without command key)? I tryed mapping the command key over the C but it still doesn't work... For me, it would be great to be able to copy and load the cliipboard on the source monitior with a single stroke. I thought it should function by simply applying the modifiers Alt and Command to

  • Exporting audio group clips for Pro Tools

Hello, I am working on a project which was shot using 18+ micros simultaneously. The solution we used in the editing was to make audio group clips (based on common TC) in order to be able to quickly edit in the timeline the clips that are relevant for a particular scene/shot. Now we would like to export this project for mixing in Pro Tools in such a
