When I am downconerting something I has not switch project properies, I am only switch preferences in AJA output menu from HD to SD with letterboxing. AJA doing the best downscaling.

As for me Avid7 two time more sluggish with AJA Io Express than in Avid6.5.3. Maybe my Macbook Pro with i5 and 8GB RAM is too weak because in 6.5.3 I can play DNxHD120 only 7 minutes, after that Avid dropped frames. DNxHD90 and 190 are dropped from first second. In Avid7 DNxHD120 playback dropped after second minute. Of course there is no drop out without

Just tried MC7 with AJA Io Express and see that lag on trimming is inaccesible to work, just like Matrox and Blackmagic on previous version of Avid. On Symphony 6.5.3 AJA worked great. So uninstalled and returned to Symphony... Maybe it time to wait for new driver from AJA.

I have the same macbook pro crush when tried to uninstall 6.5.2.1, the same was with previous versions. Only way works for me is first unistall programm using old 6.5.01 dmg installer then install new version with new installer.

Symphony 6.5.2.1 on my Macbook Pro every time crushing when I try to use AvidFX 6.3 . With AvidFX 6.2 everything is OK. 5 times trying to reinstall. All is the same. My OS - OSX 10.8.3. Don't want to reinstall all system.
