I’m importing UHD footage into an old mac / Media composer. Has anyone had any experience of running an older Media Composer on an older mac O/S sitting on Parallels running on an up to date mac O/S? If so what was your experiences that you can share? Many thanks.

Hi Ralph Thanks for replying. I don't get an error message - it just hangs when it gets to AVX2. (Apparently my licience runs to 12/21/16 which, according to the Matrix, should cover MC 8.7.0). Many thanks. Peter

I’m trying to use Capture tool to record a microphone via a Focusrite Saffire 6 USB 2. I can hear the audio coming into the AVID well. All the volume controls work etc - but when I hit record it throws up the error message: “Exception: Audio/Video is unexpectedly no longer coming into the system” and won’t record it. Any thoughts
