i have new avid link installed but it jsut spins and the remains activated anyone else with the same problem? thanks mike

Having same problem, some clips fine others not so. It is audio related as the clips can all be transcoded in a sequence with audio removed. I'm on PC, running latest version. Tried from various drives, desktop etc, all the same result. Avid sees them but won't transcode with audio.
