As the title says Options activated in the NEW Avid Link but Media Composer says no options on startup. Tried deactivating and activating MC, Phrasefind and Symphony to no avail. MC, Phrasefind & Symphony all activated no problem but Media Composer does not recogonize that they are activated. Before I submit a support ticket, anyone else have this

Let's put it this way, it was MUCH easier doing over 2500 subtitles on a feature length doc back in 1998 on an old Avid Media Composer on an old Mac Quadra system with the old title tool then would be today on the new titler. I have been on Avid for a very long time and by far the new titler is worse than the 1998 title tool.

Use Boris or Newblue. Avid has no care to fix the Titler. It's all about subscriptions and shareholders.

They responded about an hour and half later. It's all good now. Good to know that you can call on this but Avid should allow users to reset online to avoid this altogether. So here we go, went to start MC up and it wants to activate. Avid Link is saying its activated (which it should be). So I try deactivating, uninstalling, reinstalling both Avid Link and MC, deleted any remnants left from Avid Link to no avail. My questions is this, nothing has changed on my end except uninstall and reinstall after the initial activation

Yes. Buy one year, make sure auto renew is off then buy another. I tried and I'm now renewed until 2023
