I've had no update on this for around a week or so. I'm guessing no fix until they sort out the bug and release the next version? My workaround for now is not to rely on Media Composer but use Davinci Resolve instead. Using Fairlight makes it easy to assign the correct channels/panning and the exports all seem correct.

Hi Jaygon Support have managed to reproduce some of the errors with creating 5.1 surround files and have also confirmed the stems problem with the LFE track appearing on the centre track. It's now been escalated to Engineering to verify and check.

It's the Rotation parameter that seems to cause the problem. If you add just 0.1 of rotation and switch the parameter on-off, you can see the difference. This doesn't happen with the PIP FX. I never had any success with the Render options in User Settings. I guess you could always use the 3D tool for everything except rotation and just nest

I wanted to see if there were differences between using the old Quicktime libraries ( using 2018.12.15) and UME with 2023.8.1 I also tried other codec/formats such as H264/265 and OP1a - some of the results were quite strange.
