If I'm actually authoring, DVDLab Pro by MediaChance is what I use. However, all of my DVD's are single videos, so authoring isn't really necessary. For those I just export a QT Ref out of Avid, then use Sorenson Squeeze to create the DVD files and let Squeeze burn directly to disk.
