the fact is that the pic i posted is the cleanest possbilbe situation the sequence with almost all ama and few transcoded inside the project i have much more clips related to other sequences, as i have done few transcoding for export and this things so i want to get rid of all these transcoded related clips which i don t use anymore and save all is

anyway should be something that i do manually, right? one thing i cannot understand once i am able to group all transcoded and ama linked files hod do i tell the project to point to those clip, that are moved in a different folder from the original stored iwth the project/sequence?

i fear can t use this tool properly I have a mess in my project, sequences not used, different bins with same clip, some transcoded, some not i am really concerned for a proper archive of the materail i need, I have also on my disk, a lot which is not used, so a clean up and the archieve of what is evffectively being used would be apreciated

i have tried now mdv it tells me different thing than media tool in avid mainly because i cannot select the sequence i want to rely on in think it gives all the files used in the project, the transcoded one(which i don t want to use), for example i should be able which sequence i am referring to

you do all manually then? also if you move the position of the media, how do you reconnect the media to the new position when you reopen the project?

I have my sequenced which have clips in different part, some in one disk, other in a different disk Some clips are ama linked, some are already transcoded I want to put the whole maerial in a new folder that i can set archieved somewhere Don't know how to proceed, tried to transcode or consolidate..but

hi i am trying to export my 50 minutes video for vimeo but don tknow hot to go on clips are originally 1920x1080 50p 50mbs project is at 25p though i transcoded all at dnxhd tried to export quicktime with h264 and it takes more then 10 hours i read is beeter to do not use h264 coded though so what shall i use for a fast and vimeo compatible quality

hi i have this annoying thing during the title end and beginning the portion in timeline when i have a title (made with red) has a real black background(it has a transparent background inside though) when tthere is no clip but only filler..i have a less deep black so that the final resul is soft blck..ythen black then again soft black and so on how
