Starts to import then error comes up. I've imported before on 5.0 and the import worked on some shots and not others. Any thoughts?

When I try to use AMA to import XD-Cam files it takes FOREVER to transcode. 4 hours for 15 minutes of footage. Why is it taking so long?

Everything but the music was AMA'd. And everything was from this project...no bins from other projects. I made subclips of sound bites and put them in another bin and that entire bin endedup being 24p.

I have Media Composer 5.5. Just got it. My frame rate on some sound bites changed from 720/59.9 to 720/24.97. The Engineer who installed the new software is bewildered (though they still charged me for the visit). Any idea how this could change?
