You might want to make sure the font you are using has the bold and italic versions installed and active on that computer. You can use FontBook to do that.

I believe that is the difference between showing the size in base 2 vs. base 10. The Finder changed to base 10 a few years ago. MDV is most likely displaying the size in base 2. Base 2: 1 MB = 1024 bytes. Base 10: 1 MB = 1000 bytes. (If I remember correctly.) Eric

When I use the source browser on GoPro .mp4 files, the plugin column says QuickTime plugin. I'm not sure if that helps you or not. Eric

I think it is a bug. I have missing waveforms on mono tracks, but sometimes they come back when I change the timeline zoom level (expand it to zoom in). I'm running MC 7.0.3 on OSX 10.9.2. Eric

Hi Bill, I'm not sure if this will meet your needs or not, but I've found that if an audio interface is recognized by Mac OS, that it works as an input in the Avid MC capture tool. There are some audio interfaces which have their own hardware monitoring, which solves the latency issue for some recording situations. Perhaps you should look at
