Well I have no idea what to do now. I have uninstalled MC, reinstalled with the newest version and I am still having problems. I have started new projects and still keep getting errors. I far as I know nothing has updated with the O.S. no system is not certifed I am running Windows 7 pro i3 ( I know not certified) quadro card 12g of ram. Just need advice

Hey, I was getting this error message on 8.2. I decided to just update to the new 8.4 which went fine. The error message popped up the 2nd day after the update to the newer version of MC. Ok I have a digital juice grab bag I want to use as a lower third behind some text. The problem is I can't import as a quicktime video and apparently you can't import a targa sequence or at least I don't know how. Can someone please give me some insight on how to do this. Do I need to have it on a video track in MC and then use it as a video

Ok I will do a uninstall reinstall. Reading through some info am I correct in that I need to deactivate 8.2 and update my license first? It says I may run into some problems if not...

Any idea what this error means? I have 8.2 and because of this error I plan to just upgrade to 8.4.2. Am I correct in that I do not need to uninstall 8.2?

Yes the media is transcoded. I don't use AMA but I was thinking about starting to get use to it. Im not sure how to resize the screen shot to get a size that you can clearly see the error. It only occurs when I go in the split screen on the source recorder.
