Running windows 7 pro. Just got off the phone with support about 20 min ago. He did a remote access witnessed the error but couldn't pin point the issue. He created a log and sending it to the engineers and suppose to get back to me. Though the problem presist I really appericate the time he took to try and help. A thumbs up for customer service

Went back to version 8.2.2 and keys are working fine. Not sure what the issue is with 8.4.4 Still getting error message so there has to be an issue with my O.S... really really not happy here

Well with my current difficulities with MC and my PC I am considering a Mac. I was wondering how MC/boris red runs on this side of things. I never had a Mac, didn't really see a need to switch but now I am giving it a thought. Does MC run a little smoother over here?

Well I went through the steps suggested and that I didn't work. I scrapped the last project, deleted all files related to it and did another uninstall reinstall. I only played with MC for a few minutes but so far no issues. I have imported some test footage, jpeg & video clip and no issues with the error popping up. Unfortunately I am having

Anyone else having this problem? I can stop and play fast fww on the keyboard but reverse (J key) doesn't work. Actually the L key won't speed up either

Hey everyone. I created a new profile, created a new project, tried an old project and still the same result. I even uninstalled removed all folders and reinstalled MC. It may be something with the o.s. Im just stomped right now.

I did a uninstall and reinstall and still having the same issue. Lost here
