I've just reread your post. I think you're working with the old low speed USB1 beg borrow or steal another comp to dub your mediafiles across or pull out the drive and put it in a FW enclosure the problem isn't NFTS, it's USB. Sorry I missed that before

Can you start XpressPro with a project from your internal drive? If so, I'd suggest you start a new project on your mac (same format, same frame rate) and copy the required bins (only the bins) across to that project. User has full admin privileges. No Dongle was Found. Please connect... etc comes when I start AXP. Dongle wasn't attached during installation this afternoon. I shall uninstall and reinstall. Thanks. I have an edit starting on Wednesday. If after reinstallation, 5.8 continues to ignore the dongle, can I run 5.7 under OS 10.4.11?

Hi BlkDog, downloaded and installed AXP v5.8, downloaded and installed OSX 10.4.11. Noted in your post that there is no need for a dongle update as I was running AXP 5.7 Sadly (very sadly) AXP is not recognising my dongle.
