Hey, Did you make sure you "Clicked" 16:9 square pixels option in the Avid QT export box? I just imported a 16:9 AVID QT into Sorenson and it shows the proper 16:9 size. Let us know... Salud!

Hello, Avid supplies the Certified 64bit Driver in Avid Folder (C Drive Program Files (x86)), in the Utilities folder; you'll see a Nvidia folder and the 190.38 64bit driver. Salud!

I'm looking forward to what's causing this bug too, since I can't replicate it. Script View with Scroll function works great for me (HD MXF, DV MXF and AMA). Not that I'm trying to brag, but I'm highly curious since Editofchoice ( I thinks that's his name) has a huge thread on the subject and I know everyone has dedicated alot

Hello, 720p and 720i are HD. 480p and 480i are Sd sizes. Here are 2 great starts: HD video: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/High-definition_video and SD video: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Standard_definition Hope that helps! Salud! P.S. You can always edit your 720 first then down-convert to 480p ort 480i.

I get the Flickering too during renders or Imports (or my Avid Screen goes blank and only the Render?import time is displayed). I did try the newest NVIDIA drivers, whicj loaded Avid fine, but once I went to FSP - I got Blue Screen of Death! I rolled back to the certified drivers and Avid Loads up perfectly. I do have an older Fx4500, but I'll stick

If you have a mini-dv deck, turn on realtime DV option (i think thats what it's called) and output the image to the deck; next, if your DVD deck has an S-VIDEO option, ouput SVIDEO to your regular TV. If you want to use HD footage on your regular SD TV, then go to the format TAB and Change it from 1080/720 to 480I/P. Then Avid will output your HD
