Been searching all over the net for a while now and thought I'd try the experts here. Does anybody know if it is possible to encode a quicktime to AVCHD format and 'write' that back to the camera? So that the camera becomes a HD deck for viewing edited AVCHD clips on a television. (read more)

Alright, so I shoot weddings now with 3 GL2's. I want 2 HD cams, miniDV-that have to be 3CCD of course either 1/4" or 1/3" chips. I really do not want to spend more than $2500 on a camera.
