    Can't contact Avid support

    Hello, I'm at my wits end. I'm trying to renew my Media Composer License for 1 year but every time I try to "proceed to checkout" I get the same error message: "We are unable to process your request at this time. Apologies for the inconvenience. Please try again later."

    Chat support is not working and I get no reaction to my support tickets.

    I'm working on

    Media Composer Perpetual - EDU (verified)

    Is there anyone encountering the same problem and is there a solution?

    You should send an email to Marianna Montague ([email protected]) and Ajay Yumul ([email protected]).  They are Avid's customer advocates, and can help you.
