    Pro Tools First Offline When Connected to Internet

    I am connected to the internet, and it will not let me connect to my account/cloud storage.

    This is pretty infuriating, as I finally subscribed to the cloud plan, and this seems to have broken my entire Pro Tools account. I'm having constant issues now. Also there is absolutely no support from Avid. I'm pretty disappointed in Avid at the moment.


    Any suggestions to fix this? Or perhaps someone from Avid can be helpful?
