is there any way to disable "Auto connect" in Nexis client manager?

Have a problem that users who changing project that is on another server, forget do disable this, so our maximum allowed connections goes full

should be a entry in windows registry for this?

Re: is there any way to disable "Auto connect" in Nexis client manager?

I answered this on the other question but I will answer it here too incase other people find this post first.

I found the answer to this recently when looking for something else, but I could not find it again but I figured it out.

If you rename the config xml in "C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Avid\AvidNEXISClientManager\Settings\Config.xml" to something else and create a new FOLDER called "Config.xml" Nexis Client manager will not be able to save the Auto Connect status.

I think it wopuld need to be done for every user that uses that computer.

You could create a .bat that runs at login for every user and renames/deletes the config file and creates the Config.xml FOLDER
