2019.6 Video Mixdowns are not displaying the correct timecode

Recently installed 2019.6 and have noticed this occuring with Video Mixdowns.  My sequence starts at 00;59;50;00.  If I create a mixdown starting at this point the timecode for this new media is listed as 00;59;50;00.  Howver, if I set my inpoint at any other point the timecode of the new mixdown does not match.  For example, we set a mixdown to start at 01;00;00;00 and the new media lists it's start as 01;00;10;00.

We've seen this on 2 different systems and with both the new OP1a mixdown option as well as the older OP-atom.  Both systems using brand new user settings.

Anyone else seen this or have I got something odd in my settings perhaps?

    Thanks

I’ve seen this with regard to mixdowns. Also (for some versions & may be unrelated) searching in timelines results in a list of timecodes that are not accurate.
