I've been looking everywhere but I cannot find the option to have a foating timecode window.  It is not showing up in my tools drop down menu.  Am I missing something or are others having this problem?

I can see it there in the Tools menu, near the bottom, 'Timecode Window'.

It's floating when it appears but you can add it to a bin container to lock it into your interface if you want.
