I have a vague memory of seeing this in the past, but typically now that I actually need it I can't get it to work!

So we're on Media Composer 2018.7 (PC), and we're finishing a show. We've had our QC report back which has flagged an awful lot of dead pixels, together with timecode and x/y coordinates to their location. I jump to the frame and cannot for the life of me see them. I'm sure in the past there has been a display that updates the position of the cursor over the record window that updates as you use the mouse. Avid's own documentation says that in Grid Settings, under display ticking the Show Position Info box should do it, but I am having no luck there. I've even tried on different versions, 2018.4 and back to my own 8.4.4 (on Mac), but it isn't working on anything.

I'm really hoping I'm just missing something painfully obvious. Does anyone have any ideas?
