Black line at top of inlay, images

I've animated an image in marquee (MC 4.08). A black line has appeared at the top of both inlays / monitors. I applied image resize but when I render, the line comes back. It does not apear on other clips

Does the line show up in a rendered output, or just on the monitor display?
