I tried to update the Application Manager to 1.0.0.1570 from within the Application Manager.
Received the error:"Avid Application Manager download failed due to internal error. Please contact Avid Customer Support."
Being in Australia calling US is not an option; as I read it on the Forum it takes a month to get through.
Marianne, how do I go about that?
Every-single-time I try updating MC, something goes wrong, can't be done, have to jump through every sort of hoops. The dreaded Avid updates.
