With 6.5 came the very welcome ability to select and move multiple clips non-adjacent clips. Now that I've been using that a bit I've been thinking it would be useful to have a modifier key available when lassoing a bunch of clips so that Media Composer would not select the filler inbetween clips within the lasso. That way you could lasso and move clips very easily without having to deselect the filler inbetween the clips first.

+1  Need it want it. Would also like to use keypad to move highlighted clips, just like trim mode. And: need a MUCH larger font to display interactively any segment MOVE amount.
