    CC merge

Can sombdoy explain the CC merge function a bit better to me?

Im trying to use it, but i must be doing somethign wrong because when i do it, even on a test sequence, nothing happens.

What i did to test it was took 2 sequences, took the CCs off of one, loaded the non-cc'd verison in the record side, then the cc'd version in the source side, and tried to do a CC merge. shouldnt i bring the CCs from the source over to the record?

This would be really useful for me to copy color corrects from :30 promos to :15 cutdowns, but i cant seem to figure out how to make it work.

    Re: CC merge

The merge only works if you've corrected your shots using either "Tape Name", "Clip Name", or "Master Clip".

If you've corrected using "Subclip", "Segment", either of the 2 "Programs" (track or segment) or "CC Effect" then the merge will not happen.

Sub clip should also work but I never use it.  Beware of Master Clip because sense 3.5 it has been broken and will be ovewritten by a subsequent Clip Name correction.
