When I launch Magic Bullet Looks in Avid Media Coposer 5 I will get this message:"LooksBuild failed to launch. Please ensure the application has not been renamed or moved from the install location".
Does anybody have a solution? Thanks.
What version of Looks are you running? I'm using the most recent version of Looks with MC 5 and it works fine (last time I checked, anyway - I'll check again now that I'm running 5.5.1)...

Hey,
is MB Looks working for you with 5.5.1? I have the Latest MB looks (1.4.3) and it give me the same error as mentioned above.
Salud!
Actually...for some reason, it works now. I just reinstall MB Looks for Avid anfr After effects and the error went away. At least for now.

I don't have Magic Bullet Looks yet, but I was considering getting it, so I was interested in your post. Just to clarify, assuming that "anfr" was a typo and you meant "Avid and After Effects," is this a single installation option when installing MB? How was this second installation different from the first one -- i.e. how did you install it the first time such that it didn't work?
I would just like to understand exactly what you did to make it work so that I don't run into the same issue.
On a related note, I noticed that for quite some time now, RedGiant has not list any compatibility with ANY version of MC under Win7 64bit. Is this an oversight on their part, or are there simply no plans for MB to support Avid MC at this point, and it just happens to work for now?
Thanks,
Larry
Larry,
I've been using Magic Bullet Quick Looks 1.4 for almost a year and it works perfectly on my system

Just tested it and yes, MB 1.4.1 (Looks builder 1.4.2) works just fine with MC 5.5.1
Cheers
Did you guys have to do any sort of special install process in order to get it to work, or did you just install normally and it just worked?
