Copy certain user settings into new user profile

Just wanted to put it out there that if Avid insists we create new user profiles every time we move to a new version, there should be an easier way to copy settings that won't change between versions. Keyboard mapping, export settings, and bin view settings are pretty static, so in theory they should not be affected by new versions of MC, and they're also the settings that require the most time to recreate.

The biggest reason I usually don't bother recreating my settings (at least until I run into some mysterious problem) is the time it takes to redo those three sets of preferences. Avid should make it possible to export at least some of a user's settings from one version to the next.

But are they.  KB settings now deals with a MC5 Command palette with lots of variations from MC4's. In Bin setting Headings has changed to Columns (took a long second look to find that) and who knows what else.

However I agree. MC5 recognises any older version timeline brought in and automatically creates an updated one so why not settings?
