Must think of something clever to go here...
Ditto to what jacksonpro wrote. I asked the same question not too long ago and it went unanswered, too (see http://community.avid.com/forums/p/55398/309434.aspx#309434).
Because of the lag when you switch back into MC/Xpress Pro (especially while on a Unity), the workaround of individually saving each title in Marquee is about the same in time for me as just doing it manually in the Title Tool inside MC/Xpress Pro. At least that way you don't have to keep waiting for Avid to catch up once you switch back to it from Marquee.
Anyway, I chalk this up to a bug. Although i doubt Marquee is high up on Avid's fix-it list, where does one submit a bug?

I have a little free time so I am trying things that I never used before, such as the autotitler. I had to save a Word file as an MS-DOS with line breaks file in order to get it to work but, here we are almost a year since this last post and the save all to bin or ever save to bin, does not work. I noticed in the tutorial that I watched that as you viewed each new title under Window they each had a number which mine do not so I wonder if that has something to do with it?
Any new info. will be appreciated.
Thanks,
Nancy
Not sure about that, but there was a time when this feature worked. I used it on a film back in 2006 and it worked as promised, and when on a subsequent film I tried to use it again in th exact same way but on a different version of MC, it no longer worked. I replicated exactly the steps I used the first time, and on the newer version of MC it was a no-go. That's why my feeling is that it really is a bug that's been introduced and not user error.
Haven't downloaded 3.5 yet, though, maybe they fixed it in that?
Thanks Evan,
I can't move to 3.5 yet because I'll have to upgrade my computer but, thanks for the information.
