What is the best tool to transorm transform m4a Audio to mp3'

Transcode in MC or use something like Shutter Encoder?

Audacity is very good at transcoding basically anything to anything else audio-wise.

Didn't iTunes used to have this function too? Not sure if it's lost that abililty now...

Both Audacity and Shutter encoder will do, but please be aware that MC supports m4a out of the box. If they do not work it has to do with too long file paths/names, illegal characters in the file name, or variable bitrate, MP3 files won't work either under the same circumstances.
