I have the latest version of Avid on a Mac Studio (Apple M1 Ultra). When I launch it, it crashes. I can't get it open at all. I noticed some people mentioning a possible conflict with iZotope RX10. I do have the latest version of that installed (just updated it recently). Perhaps that's the problem? I don't know, but my Avid is dead. Sonoma 14 OS. Please help.
Have you tried uninstalling RX10?

Definately an issue with that plug. remove it and it will work. We are in talks with iZotopye and trying to resolve the install issue.

Hey Nate,
I had this same exact issue, but on an intel Mac the other week. Apparently RX10 is not supported in MC, whereas RX9 is. Where is it crashing? Is it while it's loading the audio plugins? If it is, then it's definitely Izotope that's causing the issue.
I'm curious if this is an issue with RX11 or if this has been resolved? We're experiencing an unstable Avid both 2024.2 and 2024.6 and we're curious if this could be one of the issues.
