Hi community, I'm trying to transcode an AMA clip and I keep getting the same error message:

exception: sys_error, oserr:-5000

Both the source clip and Avid Media Files folder I am trying to transcode to are on an external G-Raid. 

I've checked the permissions on the G-Raid and there is complete Read/Write access

Does anyone know what might be causing this issue?
