    Media Composer 2020.4 or earlier installer

    Hi,

     

    Does anyone happen to have a MC installer version 2020.4 or earlier?

     

    I have a perpetual licence till that version but since all the oled versions of Media Composer are not anymore downloadable from Avid, I cannot install it anymore.

     

    Maybe someone could share an installer?

    I would advise you to join the Media Composer User (Facebook group) some of the members in the group might be able to help you.

    Hi Andi

    We found the deleted post and I have asked the person who deleted it to refrain and to always ask me or Ajay about it.  Im sorry it happened.  

    As for the installers being no longer on the DL center.... thats been around since Sept of 2023.  Due to legal obligations with NEXIDIA, we had to remove the installers that had code that supported those options.   We had no choice - as NEXIDIA expected us to do it. 

    We do have several folks on here and Facebook who have all the installers and offer to help folks when needed.

    Again, sorry the post was removed.
