I go to View Order History, pick the year 2023, I see my Media Composer Renewal listed, I click the date link, and I always get the notice that says, "The invoice document for this transaction is being generated. Please check back in few hours. Below are the transaction details for your reference."
I've been trying for several days and while the temporary info is displayed, I would really like the official invoice so I can get reimbursed.
Previous year's invoices work fine (they download a pdf).
