apologies for the basic question but can't find a simple answer! 

We are 3 remote editors all with the same media on 3 different drives, and working in the same master project file. We wish to share work-in-progress with each other and I can't remember for the life of me if we should share a sequence bin or the master project file to do so?

You send across bins with sequences. Or you get something like Sohonet to actually share the project in the cloud. Or you use something like Jump Desktop to remotely access systems that are at some place, which are connected to shared storage.

Same situation. 3 remote editors plus me. We all maintain seperate projects, have mirrored RAIDs and share bins via Resilio. It is simple and mostly elegant.
