I'm looking to use my ISIS 5000 with a Intel MacPro running Monterey 12.6.5.
I already run it fine on another machine with Mojave 10.14.6 and Nexis Client 20.7.6.32. This system works well and reads and writes with no issues.
But the Monterey system (same Nexis Client) fails to writ e and causes a Network Degrade to happen on the System Director
The errors i get are all Delayed write failure for file xxxxx. Errorcode 0x3c and 'The operation can't be completed because an unexpected error occurred (error code 100060)
I have tried a later Nexis Client (21.3.0) but still get the same issue.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated as i dont really want to roll back to Mojave (again!)
Thank you
You might need the Nexis Client 2023.3 version to run on Monterey.

Thanks for getting back to me DStone, is there a link to that version available?
The latest i can see in Avid Download Centre is NEXIS 2020.7.6
Thankyou
Bozmantate NEXIS software is not publically available in Avid Download Center, you can find a link in "my products" tab if you also have a NEXIS. Also, despite of Dstone's true statement that 23.3 client works fine with Monterey you must be aware that even if you install 23.3 Client your ISIS 5000 is no longer supported, and I can't guanrantee that the newest client will connect with no issues to a legacy server (Client's are generally backwards compatible with older server software, but it has it's limits. What's ypur server software verison?).
My server is ISIS 5000 4.7.11.16275
i definitely don't have access to new Nexus software so i guess i need to find someone who has access or roll back my OS?
thank you
This is too old to work I'm afraid The oldest server software we test current clients against is 2020.3...Rolling back seems to be the only option here, sorry.
