Hi,here is my issue.

my MC wont play video, just audio for few second, than stop.

Source or Record monitor play just audio for 3 seconds, than it stops automatically, the video stay freezed in the frame you start to play.

HOwever Jog trhough timeline using mouse is possible, you can see the picture mopving and hear the audio.
The problem happening just when you press spacebar or JKL.

Sometimes restarting the software solves the problem, sometimes you need to restar the system too. Sometimes it dosnt happenes. 

I recently formated my computer to a fresh installation.

Using MC  Version: 2022.12.0.56274.0
MAC Mini M1 8/256
OS Ventura 13.2.1
 

Can someone help? 

Do you have your media on your os drive ?

yes, all the media is an external drive (SAMSUNG SSD 970 EVO).
Sometimes you jut need to restart MC to get playback back again. 

the media is on my external drive (sansung evo 870 1tb)
