    Running without Internet connection

    Hi

    We have a yearly license running on media composer which shows as activated and licensed in Avid link.

    It all opens fine when connected to the nternet.

    However if I loose the internet the media composer won't open and asks for activation?

     

    Is this correct? Can you not run media composer without internet?

    Hi kevs999,

      You can run Media Composer without an internet connection. You have to activate using the offline method. Please check this FAQ and click on Offline Activation.

    Activate MC using offline method.
