Unable to output t/QTime with correct video/audio.

I'm having difficulty outputting my work to Quicktime, the file does not include video and the audio is always split in two, left and right.  How do I fix this?

This is where I am trying to output it to.  Is the "Export setting" correct?

This is what my video settings in MC look like.

This is what my audio settings in MC look like.

Finally, as you can see the top two, the output icons come out in twos, left and right, with no video.  I want it to come out like the single bottom icon, either .mov or .mp4

Your MOV export settings appear to be OK (but mono). However, you seem to be using the 'Send to QT preset. Which means MC will output at whatever (QT) options were recorded under that 'Send To' option. Looks like that Send To preset included Stereoscopic options (hence the L and R eye files).

    I'd avoid Send To.

Simply use File->Export to File, choose Options, choose MOV, set settings as you desire, hit Save As, choose a name for this preset (so you may invoke it again later), and choose Export.

Sorry that I took two years to respond!  I did exactly what you said and it still didn't work.  At least I now have one file, but all I have is the audio, no video.  When I tried to open it on QuickTime, I got an error message saying "This file contains some media which isn’t compatible with QuickTime Player."

The reason I didn't respond sooner is because lately I find Avid MC frustrating.  I just don't have the time and patience to do these trial and errors.  I have not used MC for two years because this is where I am stuck and don't know how to get out of it.  Also because as of two years ago, tech support is no longer included in the MC subscription unless I want to pay for tech support.

Issue solved, it was a codec issue.  I just needed to set it to H.264.

Or install Apple's Pro Video Formats, so QT X player will let you play DNx files.
