    Standard License/First Entitlement clash

Hi folks, sorry if this isn't posted in the right area. I've tried looking online for help to which I cannot find a solution that fits the current predicament that I have.

I have purchased the standard annual subscription but when I try to open up my Media Composer, it tells me I do not have the first entitlement, I may have accidently clicked one this option while trying to find out why I was having issues updating my software (an issue that has now been resolved), so I'm wondering how I can resolve the issue to open up my standard license? I'm feeling a little anxious about this as I'm on a strtict deadline, so as soon as I can get some help that would be massively appreciated!

    Cheers to any help!

You should create a case on the MyAvid support portal and someone will get to you asap. https://www.avid.com/US/support/support-contact  If you don't get anywhere with them, send an email to Raff Condalor (raff.condalor@avid.com).  He is Avid's customer advocate, and can help you.
