Single-Mark Editing not working when only setting an OUT point.

When I use Single-Mark Editing and only setting an IN point in the source monitor it works, but not when I set an OUT point.

Here is what happens when I set an OUT point: https://gyazo.com/b0440380eacf1a6a15866bdb2b40e3d3

What am I doing wrong? Because only setting an IN point works perfectly fine.

You are missing that 'park' is also acting like a Mark. So the position indicators on both sides assume a Mark In, and you have added one Mark Out, meaning a three-point edit with two Ins and one Out.

    Oh, that makes sense. Thanks.
