I have a dual monitor plus laptopscreen set up. 

When I startup, the timeline and rec/sourece are on the external monitor 1. Externa monitor 2 is unused, but the bins are on my laptop screen. I can easily move this arrangement over to an external monitior. But then the TL jumps to the laptop and I cant move that one arround. 

Am I just too stupid to is that a "feature"?

I am having the same problem on my pc with a dual screen setup. When I change workspaces the timeline jumps to the other monitorand it becomes a pain to try and change it.
