This possible bug started a while back.

When i ingest a PNG or JPeg with an attached alpha the result is slightly soft foreground compared to the same PNG without alpha.

In older versions of media composer this wasn't the case.

Importing the same files to Adobe Premier produces matching results for sharpness so no issue there.

Has anything changed or is this a possible bug. I have tried field oredering and different typrs of file but all produce the same issue. Its almost as if it is some field issue but can't see why.
