With the animatte effect and the enlarge button when clicking on the frame to create a mask it appears another zoomed random clip. I think it's a bug because I tried to restart Media Composer but it doesn't change anything.

By clicking Diable GPU Effects, you can stop this. Not sure how it affects your other rendering... but for this problem.... it worked for me.
