You can register both at machine level and cloud.
You got 3 activations for 3 machines.
I got the 1 for the Desktop and the other for Cloud.
And it remains one.
P.S. I closed the cloud session and kept the machine only on PC. It works fine.
As Job says if you keep the cloud session you have to activate online each time you open MC.

Orban loudness meter - FREE
You have to export a WAV to analyse but workflow is fast once you get used to the idea.
I second PPMulator XL - cheap, clear and accurate, VST 2/3 and AAX. Alternatively Fairlight in Da Vinci Resolve Free is an incredible alternative to Pro Tools > AAF > up to full surround mixing plus EBU/SMPTE Loudness metering > AAF back to Avid.
Mercer:Loudness metering
True mate but all input is enlightening
I have no issues mixing but I do in failing QC for 0.5dB too quiet!
Just a normalisation compliance for a good basic mix is all I need.
Ultimate 2022.12.1, Blackmagic Intensity Pro, WIN 11 on 7000Mbps M.2 SSD, Nvidia Quadro P4000, Asus Pro Art Z690 i9 12900k 5.0 GHz, 8TB M.2 SSD - its nippy!
DIESELE:True mate but all input is enlightening
Very true! And the tips here are absolutely great. Just wanted to point out that metering and normalization are two different tasks, and call for different solutions.
Job ter Burg: But the OP was looking for a loudness normalization tool.

Sorry, I forgot to add DaVinci resolve has normalistation too - PPMulator XL has very accurate peak logging, in both plugin and standalone mode.
