Hi all
anyone experience constant crashing when trying to use iZoptope Insight? I am bang up to date with Avid and want to trial this plugin but everytime I try to open it, it causes Avid to crash.

Might be a conflict between that plug in and another you have.
Are you able to pull the plug in folder to your desktop. Make a copy of it. take all the stuff out of it except the iZoptope Insight and put the folder back and remain it to remove the copy. see if it works. If it does then there is a conflcit.

I have looked for Insight in plugins but it only appears in iZotope folder within Program Files (x86)
Cannot seem to find audio suite plugins in a plugin folder
Your using MC | First so.... only the plug-ins that you buy from the Market place will work. Where did you get that plug-in JOhn?
HI Marianna, iZotope Insight is already with MC on a 30-day trial so it's preloaded loaded as part of audio suite
I do however have iZotope RX5 which I purchased
Unless you purchased that from the Marketplace for MC First, you cant use it.
For Mac OS X:
1. Navigate to Macintosh HD > Library > Application support > Avid2. Move the AVX2 folder somewhere safe. (preferably the desktop)For Windows:1. C:\Program Files\Avid\AVX2_Plug-ins2. Move the AVX2 folder somewhere safe.(preferably the desktop)
