Have an error message that I'm not sure if can be fixed.

I consolidated a finished project to an external drive and checked the timeline played ok...it did.

Having now deleted some of the original media files on the attached raid to free space when I load up the consolidated project from the external drive the sequence loads but there is an error as below

MXF DIDMapper Segmented: Get Parsed Index Table Segmented.

Any ideas ?

There are two different errors that start out with the string MXF_DIDMapperSegmented::GetparsedIndexTableSegmented, and the more likely of the two indicates that the index table of the media has been corrupted.

It is possible that one of the media files on your external disk is bad, or that the disk itself has problems.  You might try a divide and conquer approach by taking all the media offline (disconnect your drive), then duplicate sequence and cut the last half out of the duplicate, bring the media online and see if the problem recurs.  If it does, then repeat, using the duplicate (half) sequence as a starting point.  If it doesn't, duplicate the original sequence and cut the first half out, and repeat the technique.

Eventually you should get down to a single clip, from which you can Reveal File and then compare that file with the original.
