How to save a finished sequence on the timeline

I'm new to media composer first. Made a sequence that I was satisfied with, but I can't figure out how to save it. I clicked on the black square in the sequence bin and my sequence dissappeared and I was back to the drag clips here empty timeline. So my question is where did my sequences go? Why would they write the software that when you click on your sequence bin your work dissappears? I tried control Z to get it back nothing happened. Also how the heck do I save sequences as I go? Lastly is there a place I can find this simple information out? I watched the quick start videos but they didn't touch on saving your sequences. Thanks in advance.

If you close the bin the sequence is in then it will disappear from the timeline.

Fear not. Just reopen that bin and double click the sequence to Re open it.

As Avid saves Bins as autos Aves or you via manual saves it gets saved.

However it sounds like your next step is how to export your final sequence to make a video file you can play outside MC

Thanks Pat. I did find it in the clips bin. the sequence bin had a black square and 0 content. So when I clicked on that thinking my sequence was there it just loaded nothing. I'm wondering why its saving my sequence in the clips bin instead of the sequence bin. Also you are right I do need help exporting. I've tried it three times. The video is perfect but the audio is missing. I do make sure that both the Video and Audio option is selected. The sequence ends up about 4 GB. I think I read somewhere that with MC first you are limited to 2 GB files, which seems incredibly small. I'm just making a 5 minute youtube video. Any help with these two issue would be great. How to save in the sequence bin instead of the clips bin and how to export with audio.

I do have experience with Adobe PP and Corel Video Studio and didn't have any issues. It's kinda weird that MC first is an introductory product but is so buggy and anti intuitive.
